In this preview, delivery details remain in the open page’s memory until you leave or reload it. The bag uses browser session storage for product choices and quantities. Checking the consent box does not create a saved order or a permanent consent record.

Website services and security

The site uses Netlify hosting and Supabase for store data and administrator accounts. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The shop does not send the preview delivery form to these services as an order.

Service providers may process information outside Canada; the configured Supabase database is in the United States. Information processed abroad may be subject to local laws and lawful access by authorities.

The published site uses HTTPS, and administration uses authenticated access with permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter payment card numbers or other sensitive information into delivery fields.

When ordering becomes available

Before accepting real orders, we will update this notice to explain the actual payment and delivery providers, order processing, support and record retention. The intended purposes of delivery information are to fulfil purchases, provide order updates and resolve delivery or service questions. Additional optional purposes, such as promotional messages, need a separate choice.

Access, corrections and privacy concerns

Depending on the applicable Canadian privacy law, you may request access to personal information held about you, ask for corrections, and withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limits. Withdrawal may prevent a service that needs that information. This preview does not retain customer delivery records for us to retrieve.

Policy update notifications

Customers may separately authorize email notices about policy changes. We keep the email address, consent date and evidence of that authorization, withdrawal status and notification history. This authorization is separate from checkout consent and does not include promotions. Each notice includes an unsubscribe link. The planned email delivery provider is Resend; sending is not enabled yet. Email addresses and message contents will be shared with that provider to deliver authorized notices, and may be processed outside Canada.
